Refund policy

All Sales Are Final — No Exceptions

Gleam Holdings Inc. / Melanie Mills Hollywood is not responsible for shipments that take longer than stated by the USPS or the chosen shipping method, nor for mis-delivered, lost, or stolen packages. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the package and its contents become the responsibility of the receiver, and any claims must be submitted to the post office or carrier responsible for delivery. Please verify your shipping address and have your package delivered to a safe location where you can receive it.

Shipping

All freight is FOB California and goods are sent via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. All freight charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Any lost, mis-delivered, or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Gleam Holdings Inc.; the receiver will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Gleam Holdings Inc. is not responsible for any duties or fees that may be imposed depending on the value of the shipment. International shipping can be delayed 45 days or longer depending on customs or the destination country. We are not responsible for lost or delayed international packages and will not issue refunds for them.

Shipping Damages

All shipping damages must be reported to the chosen carrier. Please retain all packaging and products, as you may be required to file the claim with the carrier. Damage to the unit carton (also known as the product box) is not considered damaged merchandise and will not warrant a return or refund of shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

Returns

If a return authorization is approved by Gleam Holdings Inc., all products must be received in "like new" condition and in their original, factory-sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. will not accept returns of merchandise that is not in "like new" condition in the original, factory-sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any authorized return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the receiver.

Refunds

If Gleam Holdings Inc. accepts the return, your refund will be processed once the item or items have been received back at our warehouse. Once the refund is initiated, it can take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Allergic Reactions

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, please take precautions, review the ingredients, and consult your doctor. The makeup contains vitamin E and other plant extracts that may be allergens for some individuals.
