Returns/Terms/Shipping Policy

Gleam Holdings Inc./Melanie Mills Hollywood is not responsible for shipments that take longer than stated by the USPS or shipping method. We are also not responsible for, misdelivered, lost or stolen packages and we will not issue refunds for items stated as delivered, but the item is lost or stolen.

Once the item leaves our warehouse the package and its contents become the responsibility of the receiver and all or any claims need to be submitted to the Post Office or delivery service responsible for delivery. Please verify your ship to address and have you package delivered to a safe location that you will receive.

If a return authorization is approved by Gleam Holdings inc. all products must be received in "like new" condition and in original, factory sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. will not accept returns of undamaged merchandise that is not in "like new" condition in the original, factory sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any authorized returns of non damaged merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the receiver.

All shipping damages must be reported to the chosen carrier. Please retain all packaging and products, you may be required to file the claim with the carrier. Damages to the unit carton also known as product box are not considered damaged merchandise and will not warrant a return or refund of shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping.

Shipping: Once an order is received there is a 1 to 2 business day processing time, we do not ship or process on weekends or Holidays.

Shipping is decided by you the customer, USPS First Class does not offer insurance or specific delivery time frames as outlined on the USPS website, USPS Priority Mail will provide a delivery time frame and offers insurance up to $50. All info of timing of delivery estimates can be found on USPS.com 

All freight charges are the responsibility of the Receiver. Any lost, miss-delivered or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Gleam Holdings Inc./Melanie Mills Hollywood, the receiver will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

International Shipping: Gleam Holdings Inc. is not responsible for any duties or fees that may be imposed depending upon the dollar value of the shipment. International shipping can be delayed up to 45 days or longer depending on customs or country of destination. We are not responsible for lost or delayed international packages we will not issue refunds for lost or delayed packages.

Please note any packages returned to us that are marked undeliverable address, insufficient address, unable to deliver or non-pick up (for international), you will be charged a 20% restock fee. We do not Re-Ship product, you will need to replace your order after the item has been received by the warehouse, restocked and the credit less the applicable fees has been issued to your credit card.
