Terms and Conditions

Payment in full is required at the time of booking via our online credit processor.

• For sanitary reasons, no pets allowed.
• For safety reasons, children are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made MORE THAN seven (7) days in advance:
A $100 cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a full refund (minus the $100 cancellation fee).

Cancellations made LESS THAN seven (7) days in advance:
A $100 cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a 50% refund (minus the $100 cancellation fee).

NO SHOW If you miss your appointment:
No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling made MORE THAN seven (7) days in advance: No additional fees.

Rescheduling made LESS THAN seven (7) days in advance: A $100 rescheduling fee will apply.

Late Policy

If you are more than one (1) hour late, you will be charged 50% of your service cost, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The remaining 50% will be credited toward your next appointment.
