Returns: If a return authorization is approved by Gleam Holdings Inc. all products must be received in “like new” condition and in original, factory “sealed” packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. will not accept returns of damaged merchandise that is not in "like new" condition in the original, factory sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any authorized returns of non-damaged merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the receiver.
If Gleam Holdings accepts the return, your refund will be processed once the item or items have been received back in our warehouse. Once the refund is initiated it can take up to 5-7 business days to show in your account.
Please be aware we do not accept returns for allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin you will need to take precautions, review the ingredients and have your doctor review. The makeup includes vitamin E and other plant extracts that may or may not be an allergen to some.
